Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis
Job Overview
The Financial Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial information, preparing financial reports, developing forecasts, and supporting strategic decision-making. The role involves monitoring financial performance, identifying trends, and providing insights to management.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, budgets, and business performance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Develop financial models and forecasts.
- Monitor budgets and identify variances.
- Conduct cost-benefit and profitability analyses.
- Support budgeting and financial planning processes.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and business projects.
- Present financial findings and recommendations to management.
- Project manage various initiatives from CFO’s office
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field along with MBA or CFA certification.
- Proven experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint and financial analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
