Managing Director
Founder and Managing Director of HRV Global Life Sciences and New Horizon Global Pharma. He has led the Company's growth into an integrated pharmaceutical group with operations across India, the United States, Switzerland, Lithuania, Dubai and Turkey. He previously held senior positions at Bank of America and served as Executive Director of Sriam Labs prior to its merger with Laurus Labs. He is an alumnus of Harvard Business School.
Executive Director
Mr. Rajiv oversees strategic supplier relationships, global partnerships and market operations across the Middle East, North Africa and Europe. He brings over two decades of entrepreneurial and leadership experience spanning telecommunications, renewable energy and life sciences. At HRV his focus is on strengthening supplier partnerships, audit readiness and the mitigation of supply chain risk in highly regulated markets.
Executive Director
Mr. Anshu works with the leadership team on corporate development, governance and the Company's growth roadmap, including the evaluation of investments and acquisitions and expansion into new markets. He has completed more than 100 transactions across private equity, debt financing, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and special situations, spanning sectors from pharmaceuticals and technology to infrastructure, logistics, renewable energy, real estate and financial services. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Non-Executive Director
Ms. Suma is an entrepreneur with extensive experience in building consumer-focused ventures, including Haiku, a Pan-Asian restaurant in Hyderabad, and Kaficko, a health-focused café concept. She holds an MBA and contributes expertise in business development, brand building and operations to the Board's consideration of strategy, governance and sustainable growth.
Independent Director
Mr. Nageshwar retired from the Indian Revenue Service in 2018 as Principal Director of Income Tax (Investigation) for Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, having earlier served as Special Director in the Enforcement Directorate, Mumbai. He holds a Master's degree in Science and a Bachelor of Laws, with wide knowledge of tax legislation and company law. He also serves as an Independent Director at Kapston Services Limited.
Independent Director
Mr. Sameer is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience in corporate finance, strategic planning, governance, taxation and compliance. He is Founding Partner and Chief Executive Officer of ATMS & Co. LLP, a multidisciplinary advisory firm. A member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 1998, he has completed executive education programmes at IIM Ahmedabad and the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
