Job Overview

Join HRV Pharma as a Pharma API Sales Executive and play a key role in expanding our global footprint. You’ll be responsible for generating and converting high-quality leads, managing the full sales cycle, and ensuring regulatory compliance while working with formulation companies worldwide. The ideal candidate brings proven pharma API sales experience, a strong industry network, and a track record of exceeding revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new API business across international markets
  • Build, qualify & convert high-quality leads
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting → presentations → quotations → negotiations → closures
  • Strengthen relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business
  • Track market trends, competition insights & prepare sales/MIS reports
  • Represent the company at major pharma exhibitions, trade fairs & client visits
  • Ensure regulatory compliance throughout the sales process (DMF, CoA, stability data, etc.)

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in Pharma API sales
  • Strong understanding of API portfolios & regulatory documentation
  • Consistent achiever of revenue and margin targets
  • Existing network in formulation companies (highly preferred)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
  • CRM experience is a plus
  • Willingness to travel as needed
