Pharma API Sales Professional
Job Overview
HRV Pharma is expanding its global API sales team. We are looking for talented professionals with proven experience in the pharmaceutical API domain to manage international clients, generate high-quality leads, and contribute to our growing global footprint.
As part of the sales division, you will work across multiple geographies, engage with formulation companies, and play a key role in driving revenue and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new API business across international markets
- Build, qualify, and convert high-quality leads from various regions
- Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting → presentations → quotations → negotiations → closures
- Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and prepare MIS/sales reports
- Represent HRV Pharma at pharma exhibitions, trade fairs, and client visits
- Ensure regulatory compliance for customer requirements (DMF, CoA, stability data, etc.)
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3–5 years of proven experience in Pharma API sales
- Strong understanding of API portfolios & regulatory documentation
- Consistent performer in revenue and margin-based sales targets
- Existing network in formulation companies (highly preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage
- Willingness to travel internationally as required
