Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic IT Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with HRV Global's business objectives, fostering innovation and supporting growth.
  • ERP System Management (ZOHO): Oversee the deployment, integration, and maintenance of ERP systems to streamline operations, ensure data accuracy, and enhance decision-making capabilities.
  • Process Control and Optimization: Analyse existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency, quality, and compliance.
  • Financial Reporting Integration: Collaborate closely with the finance department to ensure IT systems support accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Cybersecurity and Compliance: Establish robust cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with external technology vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements are met.
  • Budget Oversight: Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and efficient allocation of resources.
  • Innovation and Technology Adoption: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, evaluating their potential impact on the organization and leading initiatives to adopt relevant advancements.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years in a Chief Information Officer role or equivalent senior IT leadership position, with a proven track record of managing complex IT infrastructures and leading digital transformation initiatives.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.; An MBA or other relevant advanced degrees are advantageous.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in both technology and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, with hands-on experience in implementation, integration, and optimization.
  • Process Management: Adept at process control, with the ability to analyse, design, and implement efficient business processes to enhance productivity and compliance.
  • Financial Acumen: Experience in financial reporting and a solid understanding of financial management principles, enabling effective collaboration with the finance department.
  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the pharmaceutical sector is highly desirable, providing insight into industry-specific challenges and regulatory requirements.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
