Job Role:
The Chief Information Officer (CIO) at HRV Global Life Sciences Private Limited will be a pivotal member of the executive team, responsible for steering the company's information technology and systems to align with its strategic objectives. This role demands a visionary leader who can seamlessly integrate advanced technological solutions to enhance operational efficiency, drive innovation, and maintain a competitive edge in the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with HRV Global’ s business objectives, fostering innovation and supporting growth.
- Oversee the deployment, integration, and maintenance of ERP systems to streamline operations, ensure data accuracy, and enhance decision-making capabilities.
- Analyse existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency, quality, and compliance.
- Collaborate closely with the finance department to ensure IT systems support accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Establish robust cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Manage relationships with external technology vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements are met.
- Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and efficient allocation of resources.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, evaluating their potential impact on the organization and leading initiatives to adopt relevant advancements.
